Expansion of The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel The Robert Mayer Corporation has successfully obtained entitlements and entered into a development agreement with the City of Huntington Beach to expand the existing Waterfront Beach Resort hotel onto the adjacent 3.5 acre parcel.  The expansion will provide an additional room tower, ballroom, meeting rooms, restaurant, spa, pool deck and outdoor function lawn.  The expanded hotel will exceed 440 total rooms and is expected to commence construction in 2015.
