Laguna Woods The Robert Mayer Corporation received the Gold Achievement Award from the Seniors Housing Council of the National Association of Home Builders for its Laguna Woods seniors project.  Acquired as remnant property from the Laguna Woods Village homeowners’ association, Mayer designed and entitled the project, and profitably sold it to Standard Pacific Homes who constructed the property.
